Chelan helped guide the delivery process and she was amazing. I flew in from Saskatchewan and they helped to make sure everything went smoothly. The service department went the extra mile to get my winter tires installed quickly so I could get on the road home at a decent hour. Thanks Tesla Calgary. I love my car!

Sales staff are very friendly and informative. The test drive safety protocols are excellent during this pandemic. Tesla very graciously lets you take a car on your own for a 45 minute test drive, which really lets you get a feel for the vehicle.

Parts department is terrible. you can't order parts for a US vehicle. Every time VIN needed to order anything, part number is not enough. Delivery times are long. Manager isn't helpful. Obviously Tesla isn't interested in selling parts.

All the staff are great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. A great experience and a great product.
