I was in the search for an hardtail bike, did a couple of places and this bike shop was by far the best. Many bikes are already assembled. There's always more than enough staff working. My cousin got his bike assembled on spot super quick. I was looking to finance my bike and to my surprise not all the bike shop offer that, Eddy does ! David the owner was really helpful when setting up the financing. I recommend this shop without hesitation. Thanks guys really enjoying the bike so far !
The experience in this store was beyond GREAT! Me and my husband are begginers and they treated us with a lot patience and enthusiasm. Nina was amazing to us! I recommend this store. The store is very well equipped!!!!
These guys are great! Had to bring my bike to change my front wheel inner tube. I passed by a saturday and they were super fast, friendly, and helpful and they did for such a reasonable price! But I had to come back for the same problem. They really went above and beyond to understand and fix the problem. I will be coming back again, hopefully for a different reason : The girl with the blue bike and white tires.
Bicycles Eddy is a great bike shop! Proprietor David L'Ecuyer provided us with exceptional customer service. He knows bikes, made himself available, and responded with confidence and courtesy to all of our questions. Very pleased we drove from Ottawa to Montreal and bought an Argon 18 there.
Highly recommend. My bike broke down while visiting Montreal. They got me right in and back on the road quickly. Reasonable price. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Well stocked store, I bought other merchandise while there.
This is an excellent place truly focused on taking care of biking community. I showed up with an expensive second-hand bike someone donated to my kid. But I know nothing about bikes really, I just needed to make sure it's safe and road-worthy for my kid. The guys in the shop gave it a good checking and suggested I change the chain. They oiled it, pumped the tires, got it all ready, like new! It wasn't expensive at all and it got done quickly obviously the kid is desperate to go out on a new bike. Afterwards I brought my 2 other old bikes for a check up after a winter on the balcony. Again, everything was done quickly and staff were very nice. I understand it's not exactly their money-making transaction and I really appreciate the service. In other bike repair places I was told I have to wait for an appointment in 2 weeks, because they couldn't be bothered to take time to understand it's not a super-charged mountain or racing bike needing a super-complex tune up. I'm going biking along the canal with my mom and my daughter this afternoon, thank you guys!
Every time I come to Eddy's I thank my lucky stars that my neighbourhood bike shop is this one. I would drive across town to keep coming here, but I'm grateful I don't have to do that. These guys are knowledgeable, helpful, and never try to up-sell. I trust them 100% and that's a great luxury. Highly recommend
I would like to recognize Nina for her wonderful customer service! Her willingness and effort to find me a bike, in this era of challenging inventory, is very impressive. Bought my bike 2 years ago and were the friendliest most helpful shop I visited when I was shopping around. Helped me with a wheel I messed up, tinkering with it, warranty tune up, repair of another bike from another place. Prices are great! They also entertain my stupid questions about biking with great explanations, unlike other bike shops I have been to. Great job guys!
Had some spokes broken on my wheel and needed a new tire. Their prices are fair, their staff is knowledgeable and they had me in and out within an hour! You guys are awesome, Bicycles Eddy is my new bike shop!
