Amazing service. Phil treats you like family, answers all your questions, makes you feel welcome, he even stayed a bit like while I was making some decisions. He gave me honest upfront advice.
I had a bike fit session with Geoff and it was well worth the cost. We discussed body positioning while cycling. He adjusted bike seat, handlebars, and made multiple recommendations to improve my comfort on bike rides. He suggested some new purchases with no pressure to buy. Highly recommended.
The staff is amazing! Super nice, welcoming and helpful. Prices are very good, and employees dont mind giving discounts when you buy in bulk. Definitely recommend going there for any questions or advice.
Any respect for the clients. They forget the appointments. None call you back. and when clients go To pick up the bike they seem lost. They had my bike the entire week and they promise To fix it and then nothing. I drive my son To the daycare in bike so they just play with my time. Service sucks
Geoff is the greatest bike fitter who has a deep understanding of human kinesiology to apply to bike fit. The service team built some great road wheels for me and tuned my 10 year-old Campy to make it go like new.
