BHC is a 100,000 square foot indoor fitness club located in Beverly Hills, Michigan on Southfield Rd, just North of 13 mile (right next to Bed Bath and Beyond). BHC is recognized as one of the country's top 100 clubs, with the industries finest fitness facilities, equipment, instructors, professionals, and trainers. We offer an assortment of programs, classes, and amenities for people of all ages and interests.
For adults...We offer FREE group X classes ranging from spinning, yoga, Pilates, water aerobics, kick-boxing, Zumba and more. Need some help getting into shape? We have a staff of 12 knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and dedicated personal trainers, all with varied areas of fitness expertise and interests. We also offer TRX group training, Private Pilates and Yoga, Tennis Leagues/Lessons, Adult Swim Lessons, Triathlon training, massage therapy, our FitLife Weight loss program, and even Yoga Teacher certification!
For children of all ages and interests, we offer programs and classes for both members and non-members... tennis, swim lessons, Athlete's Edge athletic training, Choi Kwon Do, Dance & Baton, Basketball, Kid's Fitness classes, and even birthday parties! We are a State licensed day camp facility, and offer an assortment of summer and school break camps for children ages 3 and up. Convenient for working parents, we also offer an After School Pick-Up program.
