If you enjoy money getting pulled out of your account on the wrong weekend and for more then promised this is the place for you. The guy was very rude and almost thought it was funny my kid was sick and had to reschedule. And dates got messed up and I was charged on the wrong weekend. No I’m out over 200 bucks. God I love this hotel. I can’t wait to make my never wrong reservation and get over charged. Thanks guys see you need time:)

for what it is the cost value isn't there. 2 middle of the road hotels in area same going rate but for the price you think you'd be staying at a Hilton or Marriott. It gets the job done. clean, good service, hot breakfast included. that's always a plus.

By far the best in Snohomish County we love to stay and the staff there is more then amazing. They love having us there and our two chihuahuas as well! Jacuzzi room by far my favorite room

Good place to stay enroute to Stevens Pass ski resort if you're coming from a far-away area like I was.  Best benefit to staying in Monroe if you're going skiing the next day are the surrounding amenities.  We were able to rent our gear (in Gold Bar), ate at Bubba's Roadhouse in Gold Bar (awesome), stayed the night here, left early enough to get to the ski area an hour before they opened (allow an hour), parked next to the lodge (awesome).  Hotel was clean and staff professional.  There will always be those who find something wrong with everything.  Life is not perfect.  I thought this place was just fine and served my purpose.  My rating and description encompasses location, surrounding amenities that I wanted, and proximity to the ski area.  I'd stay here again.

This is a nice and convenient place to stay,  most everything is very close. The people are very nice and helpful.
