The staff were great, the room was great, but everything is overshadowed by the fitness centre. By that, I mean, the massage chairs that are in the fitness centre. I went to the gym for the purpose of running on the treadmill, but saw them sitting there in all their glory and thought, "I'm going to try that, first. Just in case anyone comes in while I am running and I can't." Well. I spent an hour in that gym, which sounds good in theory, but I was camped in that chair. It was so incredibly fantastic, words can't even describe it while being PC. I would go back to the hotel just so I can use that massage chair again.

The room had plenty of space to stretch out and iron clothes. The bar staff were very kind and always checking for new drinks. The hotel staff were very accommodating. Both the front desk and the staff helping with events. I never ate at the restaurant, but the food provided for the event I attended was great. The only down side I would say is that the bathrooms are slightly small, but that is just nit picking.

Great staff, very professional and friendly. Parking is good. Restaurants and lounge are very good, with a Boston Pizza nearby as well. Gym is one of the best I’ve seen in both equipment and layout. Continental Breakfast is also very varied, with lots of hot food and good coffee. A standout, even with all the competition.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at regardless of price.  The great attitude of the employees and management permeate the whole hotel. The attention to small details and cleanliness is superb. Love staying here. 
Even with 100% occupancy the standards didn't change.  An endless stream of young athletes and the kitchen still kept the breakfast trays full of food.  Well done!

Outstanding! The customer service here was amazing, from being refered to by name anytime I walked by the front counter, to the speeding check in/ check out services this hotel rocked it! The food at the lounge was amazing! and to top it all off their fitness studio/ jacuzzi was top notch and even included two massage chairs! Perfect for me who was in a sports tournament all weekend! 
This was the best hotel I have stayed in, and I travel 6-10 times a year for a week at a time!
