The only thing I have to ask is why the cleaning lady never cleaned my room for the me for the 5 days I stayed. I was asked at the desk while getting checked in how many times would I like the room cleaned?nI said every second day. Didn’t get my room service for my whole five day stay. The staff were wonderful. My room had a very comfortable bed. Every one of the Staff were there to help you in the best way they could. I highly recommend Best Western Premier Denham Inn in Leduc, AB. You won’t be disappointed.

Disgusted!! I had a big patch of blood on my comforter, that didnt look old and like it had been there for a while, meaning that the blanket was never washed. Was told they couldn't refund any of my stay, was offered a free breakfast and lunch, and a discount on my next stay. Why would I return. I feel so absolutely grossed out. I wanted my money back to stay elsewhere, but they wouldn't.

My wife and I stayed here a couple years ago, in one of their honeymoon/jacuzzi suites with a king size bed. It was honestly the BEST sleep we've ever had... Their bed and pillows were a perfect combination. And we even own a top-tier memory foam mattress at home!

I’ve been overpriced for what’s offered in amenities and complementary aspects.nI found that the hot tub was lacking in cleanliness. I was actually quite surprised that the only amenities they had were a gym and hot tub unlike other hotels with lower rates that have pool areas and complementary breakfasts.

A room was booked for an employee on a business trip.  She was extemely satisfied with the hotel and the room.  We will definately book future business trips at this hotel again..
