Best Western Plus St. John's Airport Hotel and Suites

My wife,3 year old daughter and I stayed at this hotel for a night. This hotel was just opened so obviously it was very clean and everything was new. When you walk in the hotel is stunning all modern designs and the indoor pool and waterslide is amazing . I could have gotten this at any new hotel. But as the night went on we got something you don't get everywhere . This hotel has the greatest staff I've ever seen in a hotel. by the time we left we knew everyone on a first name basis. Lori looks after the breakfast section . the food is great but the friendly service and time she spend making us feel at home and spent time talking with our daughter made our experience so much better .also Denielle in the lounge where the food was also great Audra in housekeeping and also Krista on reception who allowed us to check out a little later so we could go enjoy some more time at the pool and I Also had a great conversation with the driver of their shuttle bus Sheldon who shared I some common interests with. overall these people made us feel at home and I felt the need to personally thank them for the great service . I could have stayed at any hotel but I'm glad we stayed here you wont be disappointed . the people made me want to go back again
