This was by far the best hotel we stayed in during our NL trip! ALL the staff are SO nice! I have travelled a lot and this place has the nicest staff I have ever encountered. We checked in close to 2am and the front desk person was SO kind as well as the check out person the next day, SO nice! The beds were comfortable and the climate control was good. The breakfast was wonderful, lots of choices for picky eaters, something for everyone. Very impressed with this hotel! The only downside is it's expensive. Oh and they have a laundry room for guests!
When we arrived very late after our flight we were greeted by the most wonderful barkeeper Bailey. He made us feel VERY welcome and was a great delight after making our way there from Toronto!nThe front staff also were very welcoming and helpful.nThe rooms were spacious and comfortable.nI would defiantly recommend this Hotel.
While booking, my wife was asked if we were celebrating anything. She said it was my daughter's 8th birthday and made a very subtle hint to the theme in passing. Not only did we arrive to a decorated room with a gift and card, they had used decorations that was the theme of her party... I was completely amazed.nnCouple that with a great breakfastand a quaint and heated pool made this the best experience I think we've ever had at a hotel... It's our new goto hotel now and we use them quite often.
Very good service and friendly staff, specially Bailey. We came in late, almost midnight and we're hungry. He made sure our checkin was smooth, offered us bottled water, chocolate bars and cookies. He also called Boston Pizza next door if we can order food. He also went to get us slippers because we forgot to bring ours.nBailey is a top notch employee!!nnRooms are a bit dated, washroom toilet has crack and moves while seating down. Toilet paper are like sandpaper. No safe available in the room. The TV was big and new, unfortunately where not there to watch tv :-
Right by the airportnGym has dumbbells treadmills kettle bells yoga mats and morenThe pool was decentnFood was greatnI was here for 2 weeks and honestly can't say I had single complaint the cleaning staff and laundry staff helped me with anything I needed.nnThey have a restaurant now! I had the BBQ pulled pork burger and it was deadly!
