Has the lounge (until midnight most nights) + restaurant which will also serve breakfast. Close enough to George st where most of the fun eat and drink sits. Easy access to taxi services and private shuttle services. Rooms comfortable and modern enough. Plenty of outlets for cables and power plugs. Clean and simple, just the way it should be. Staff are usually quite helpful. Lobby is large and seems slightly confused bits of art decor, jungle ferns and atms are dotted throughout the 1st floor. Have stayed at least four times now. Always has been a comfortable place.

Quite a nice hotel with spacious, clean rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant is good, as is the service. There is no bar, but it is right next door to a Boston Pizza, so it is no big deal that the hotel doe not have it own bar.

I would love to work at your hotel, I been working in housekeeping for years , I cleaned 15 rooms a day and more ! Love working alone and can work well with others .i take a lot of pride in my work !!!

Comfortable and clean rooms, okay buffet (lots of reconstituted food, like eggs and bacon) and very friendly, helpful staff. However, housekeeping didn't make up our room on the 3rd day (and, no, we did not have the DND tag on our door) and the place can get very noisy - we had people running up and down the halls with door slamming everywhere. Note that the hotel is close to the airport with a free shuttle, but NOT to St John's downtown area. That's about a $20 taxi ride down. Or you can take the bus for $2.50. To get to some other locations, such as Cape Spear lighthouse, consider renting a car.

Best hotel in all St. John's, free breakfast daily (real breakfast: eggs, bacon, waffles for kids). Monday - Thursday supper is severed (also great!!!). Staff is exceptional!! call for reservation it's better then booking online. Best place ever!!!!
