Hillview Terrace Suites

While we weren't overly impressed with the older buildings, the staff were incredibly helpful and upgraded us to a renovated unit at no additional charge, and even offered to send someone to have our things moved. If you're planning on staying more than a night I highly recommend the newer units. As for the units themselves its great to have a full kitchen with dining table for the longer trips. The bedrooms and bathrooms are well laid out and comfortable, and most anything you need to do in the city is just a short drive away.

In a state of emergency they never helped out when we were not supposed to leave but wasn't planning on staying that long, and was forced to stay, the stove wasn't clean the door for the bathroom was broken and locked in and had to get someone to try to open the door from the outside,check under the bed because it was never vacummed , we never had no food for 4 days and no one from the building checking to see if we were okay or needed anything, only, a lady brought a small flashlight over incase the power went. A terrible place to stay if you needed any assistance or a comfortable stress-free place, the is my first bad reviews that I did but I just had to let others know, sorry but not a requirement that I would recommend to any sensible person that would be clean or needed assentance. Hope someone from the Hillview/Home port would contact us and help your company make things better for people in the future. Sincerely Craig/Don

Great customer service from the friendliest staff, comfy beds, love that we can cook our own meals here. Great price!

Suites are clean comfortable. All the amenities that you need. Staff is friendly and courteous. Lots of channels on the TV.

Called about 15 times over a 6 day period for a room with no answer. Waste of time. Try premier suites.
