Story

Dodge Peak Lodge is a finely crafted log structure featuring comfortable accommodations with locally handcrafted log furniture. Named after Dodge Peak in Boundary County, the lodge is located in the Kootenai River Valley within 30 miles of Lake Pend Orielle, Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort, both the Porthill and Eastport entrances to Canada and the border of Montana.

Amenities include:

* Seasonal hot tub.
* Pet friendly (Pet must be in a small cage or carrier while in the room - add'l $10/night charge).

Cute cabin like look. Bed was hard. Bathroom has mold on the ceiling. Staff was nice. A/C didn't work well and was very loud. Opened window instead. Easy to find right off hwy 2. Breakfast was wrapped muffins, package cereal, apples, banana or boiled eggs. Juice and coffee. Over priced for what it is. Room was quiet.

The location is very convenient, next to Safeway, and visible off the road. The building is a pretty lodge, well designed, and pleasantly colored. Large rooms, affordable, comfortable. The design of the room was wonderful. I loved it very much and will recommend to anybody going through the area.

Room was clean and efficient. Small couch to sit and watch TV without having to lie on the bed. Bed was very clean. Staff was pleasant. TripAdvisor description and description of room both indicate Continental breakfast. There is none. They have done away with it but room description and price show it is included. Only bummer in the deal.

It's good looking logde house. The staff is kind, feel welcomed. Breakfast is served, althrough it's s help your self style.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, big bed. Beautiful location. Our only regret is that we got in late and couldn't spend much time here.
