Best Cleaners

Poor customer service. High prices. Didn’t have items ready by pick up date stated on receipt. Blazer came back with the stains it went there with and no one addressed it when I picked up the items. Will not frequent again or recommend to a friend or foe... boo

I just left Best Cleaners and am not only $49.68 poorer but my husband is now out of what was a practically brand new dress shirt. I brought eight items in to be dry cleaned. One pair of men's slack's had a seam that needed mended as well. None of the clothes were damaged and all of the clothes without exception had been worn less than 5 times. When I picked up the clothing, I didn't look at the items but when I was laying them in my car I saw that the sleeve on my husband's blue long sleeve shirt had multiple tears in it. I am in charge of all the dry cleaning and laundry at our house and know that the shirt was fine when I brought it in. I am not about to pay dry cleaning bills for clothes that are not wearable. I also am always careful to lay the clothes out on the counter and inspect them before handing them over at a dry cleaners to ensure that there are no stains etc. Nonetheless, I called my husband to see if he had somehow tore his shirt in multiple locations. He of course had not. I brought the shirt back in and pointed out the holes/tears and was abruptly told "We no do that. We use air." The female I spoke with said she was the owner and refused to refund the dry cleaning money, did not apologize, did not offer me a discount, just stood there with her arms crossed and insisted "We no do that. We use air." I have used Best Cleaners before with no issues. They are not the cheapest around but have not had issues. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I will certainly NOT be going back. What a complete rip off this place is and horrible service! She should have at least discounted the bill.

They do a fine job , but for half the price you can go to any other dry cleaner in the area and get it done just as well.
