Best Buy

Good place overall just deals always sold out. They have most things we need. They have cell phone plans and booths . Cameras, alarm systems, televisions, and more. Big parking lot but super busy during weekends. Same plaza has a dollarama, children’s place and lots of shops. Nice place overall.

Rafael was a great Salesperson! He helped purchase our new Samsung 4K Smart TV. Rafael is very knowledgeable and provided us with a lot of information that we never even thought of. Thank you. What a great shopping experience!

I went to this store to buy two Sim Cards for Virgin Mobile. The manager flat out told me that he won’t sell it to me because he has four left. He pretty much had a chuckle and said that others came into the store and he won’t sell to them either. I had asked to speak to the store manager and he never came. Waited a solid 20 mins while deciding whether to pick up some other Xmas gifts in the process. No one showed up, so I had left. The funny thing is that I would have activated all of my company’s phones on the spot if he were more pleasant, but his attitude was a major turnoff. But it all worked out. Bell came out with a better promo and I’ll be moving forward with them. As for the gifts, I will intentionally go out of my way to never give any of my business or my clients to this store. Not that you would care anyway. Definitely deserves this rating!

A very mediocre store. They still have some really great things, so it's still fun to go there. But the service isn't great, and the whole atmosphere just feels outdated. It's like walking around a Zellers with TVs instead of crappy lamps. The worst is their appliance delivery. They had a good sale a while back, so we bought a Fridge, Microwave, Oven, and Dishwasher. The appliances are great, but the delivery was pathetic. They showed up a day before scheduled and ended up accepting the signature of a 15 year old since the adults in the house left for work already. Getting all the screw ups resolved was a headache. Unfortunately there isn't enough competition around for these kinds of stores, so it's still the best electronics store in the area, but only because because it's the only electronics store in the area.

2018- Had a horrible experience this time when I went to return an item. The lady at customer service didn't know the company policy that she's working for and when I showed her the policy online of what she gave me wrong information about she went to confirm when it's written on the company website.. LMFAO! After confirming she didn't even apologize for the wrong information provided and on top of that she asked me to stop giving her attitude when she was the one giving attitude and she ask her co-worker to help me out and walk away. "YOU GUYS ARE EXCELLENT WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE" 👏👏 Never going back there again and wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this location. 2016- Service is quite slow and sadly employees don't have much knowledge about the products being sold.
