Best Buy

Went to pick up a samusug s10 tablet. Couldn't get any help. I get they were busy, but after 20 minutes I asked if someone could help me. Was told she's with a customer, and she'd be right with me.. then watched her move on to help another customer. 50 minutes of standing around to walk out empty handed.

Worst Best Buy in all of Mississauga, store manager always hiding never available and 1 person at cash with 5775 ppl helping 1 person.....make it make sense! This store manager should be replaced due to how things are run here! Don't even come on boxing day all the staff work in cell phones and 1 person on cash. Operations is absolute trash in this store! They need to have 0 stars they don't even deserve 1 star!

Jen was very patient and helpful when helping us with some device repairs. She went above and beyond when it came to explaining and finding different solutions. This was done with a sincerity that I rarely see in an electronics store. Our Thanks to this outstanding employee who has gained a return customer. Thank you Jen!

This is by far the worst store iv been to and made purchases from!! I purchase 2 things that go hand and hand yet this place choose to ship both things that should have been shipped together.. separately and by 2 different carriers! Over 2 weeks for somthing that should have arrived 24h later.. This is ridiculous I will never purchase anything from best buy again! And garbage customers service no compensation no nothing! Just horrible

Today, I visited to purchase a watch, but unfortunately, I had one of the worst experiences. When the employee, Azeez, brought the watch to the counter, he did not allow me to read the product details, which is essential for anyone spending their hard-earned money. Customers deserve the time and respect to understand what they are buying. moreover when i ask for it, his behavior was extremely rude, showing a lack of basic customer service skills. It felt like they didn’t care about the customer’s needs or concerns. I expected much better from a reputed store like Best Buy. Very disappointing.
