We have used Master Plumbing for several projects now, including a hot water heater replacement, an outdoor hose spigot replacement, main water line valve replacement, and air conditioning maintenance. Today, we had several drains back up and we were unable to use our toilets or showers. We called Master Plumbing around 11 a.m. on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend and they had someone at our house by 2 p.m. Every serviceman we've had out has been knowledgeable, professional, non-creepy, and very down-to-earth. Just great people. The work they've done has been excellent and has never needed follow-up repair. They make a point out of showing me and explaining to me everything that they're doing and why. They don't press you to do more work or spend more money than is necessary. I honestly don't know how their prices compare around town because we've been using them exclusively for the last 5 years. But I think they're fair, and the peace of mind is worth whatever they charge. They do have a membership thing which is about $100/year which gives you a 10% discount on services, as well as a few yearly maintenance perks. Well worth the cost if you're doing larger projects like a hot water heater. Overall, my husband and I highly recommend Master Plumbing to all our friends and neighbors, and we've been consistently happy with them.

Jamie did an outstanding job with our furnace issue. He was on time, very friendly and knowledgeable. The issue was fairly uncommon and he kept at it until he figured out a solution, and the fix was cost effective. He also suggested their preventative maintenance plan which is very affordable. Total 5 star experience!

The guys that came were great. Hit their commitments on time. Stayed to fix the original problem and also stayed to fix a slow drain I mentioned but wasn't the root cause of the call. They fixed it anyways, and the price was reasonable. Front office was friendly. Emailed me my invoice. Would use again.

Great company. Will definitely be our plumbers for now on. Bryan and Aaron came out,got the job done, cleaned up well. Was reasonable priced and very knowledgeable. They shared tons of info to me about my plumbing. Thanks guys

We had our Green Club Plumbing Inspection today. Adam P. And Sean W. did an excellent job, very impressive! They were both very kind, and considerate of my time and space. I appreciated their patience and willingness to explain things as they went along. I'm very happy we had the inspection done, thnaks to Adam and Sean.
