Great place to deal with. New management or otherwise. Not the fanciest, but prices are fair, units are clean, and your stuff is secure. Good choice in getting-more-expensive-every-day Bend.

South Side Storage is now under New Management effective 9/1/2015. Please note: We no longer have a required 15 day vacate notice and will refund entire deposit unless personal items are left in unit for us to dispose of. We strive to make your Storing with us Pleasant and want the opportunity to give you Outstanding Customer Service! Give us a try, you won't be disappointed.

Look elsewhere for your storage needs. If you do not give them a 15 day notice of moving out they will keep your $25.00 deposit and act like they are doing you a favor by not charging you $48.00 for not enough notice. My husband and son swept the unit clean. Southside storage sent us the final statement and attached a generic fake picture of a pile of dirt that was left in the unit. That was totally a lie because the unit was swept out and cleaned. For the simple fact of giving fraudulent reasons for keeping the deposit I am writing this review. I would not go there again and give them any business!
