This business does not answer its phone. I made half a dozen overseas calls, even left messages when I would call back. They never answered my calls and never called back. They say they will call back at their convenience. I guess doing business is not convenient for them. I have rented from them for several years previously in both Bend and Prineville. They are fine otherwise, they just don't give a damn about the business beyond collecting the money.

Have rented from this storage facility for years. We have been very happy with the access to our things and the management has been helpful.
