I rented a 10x10 unit for a year. The lot itself is small, so if you're taking a moving truck onto the lot, it's nearly impossible to make turns around corners. I had to back the truck out to get out. There was so much mouse excrement all over my stuff, it was repulsive. I know rodents are to be expected, but this seemed far too much. The door on my unit was a regular door, such as the one on a bedroom, versus the roll up door. Difficult to get your bigger items in to. Last, I vacated the unit mid month. I asked for the pro rated difference to be returned to me TWICE. Both times, I was told that a manager would return my call, to discuss. Discuss what? That was 10 days ago... I'm still waiting on or the phone call. I would advise against this storage facility.
