Had reservations on a Sunday at 11:30 am, and it wasn’t too full. It became quite full by the time we left at 1 pm.nnFriendly service, though we had to ask three times for a high chair. Had our drink and food orders placed in a timely fashion. It felt like the food took a while to come, but it came at a perfect time for us. Our table had the Club Med Salad, Chopped with Cheese, mushroom omelette, fried chicken Benedict, kids waffles, and a side of onion rings.nnThe club med salad was missing some chick peas, but otherwise tasty. The chopped with cheese was a bit salty. Omelette was perfect. Fried chicken Benedict was very good, and perfect for sharing. Kids waffles were also good, though it only came with syrup and no icing sugar. Onion rings were “better than Burger King” I didn’t personally try them as I’m not a fan of onion rings.nnWe also had a couple Caesars to drink, and that was really well mixed. My partner usually prefers their Caesars without Worcestershire sauce. We’d forgotten to ask them to hold the sauce, but he liked it so much he asked for a second.nnOverall, not perfect, but VERY close. Will return for more drinks in the future. They had a wall full of microbrew to choose from.
Was really good experience, we went with my partner and parents-in-law and it was great. We had a great time, the food is really good and excellent service! We were celebrating our birthdays and they give us that little doughnut with a candle! Super nice!
Indulging in an evening at one of our cherished culinary haunts, @bellsandwhistlesyvr, proved both gratifying and tantalizing. The beef dip, while undeniably delectable, left me yearning for a slightly heartier portion to warrant the title of absolute perfection. Just to mention from the previous visit the ice cream float was a delightful treat, but the portion size left much to be desired. On the flip side, the awesomeness of the nachos exceeded all expectations, boasting a tantalizing blend of flavors and textures. And let's not forget the boys' burgers, which were simply fantastic! Lastly, a fervent plea arises: the return of the Sunday adorned with runts, blueberry cake, and sauce is earnestly desired, as it encapsulates the epitome of culinary delight.
Mixed opinion on the place. The food was good but the service could have been better. We were left waiting for a long time to order even though there was a waitress standing literally next to us on her phone. When we asked if we needed to order at the bar she said she would take our order in a minute but never did. A different server came afterwards who was really nice though. I’m not one to complain but it was my birthday and we left feeling like we should’ve gone somewhere else.
Took my partner, Stefan, here a quick dinner before celebrating our anniversary. The service was absolutely lovely. Not only was our server, I believe their name was Adam or Mark, very attentive and friendly to us, other staff came in to check in on us frequently, even when it was busy. I didn't catch her name but the server with the red hair was very friendly and had such an infectious energy. The manager, I believe was Lee that night heard it was our anniversary and even gave us free desserts. Food and drinks came in a very reasonable time and tasted delicious. Thank you to the Bells & Whistles Fraser team for making our special day such a rememberable one. We'll definitely be back!
