The Belleville Public Library is a wonderful place — most of the staff are friendly, kind, and very helpful. I want to give a special shoutout to Naomi, who went above and beyond to help me any time I visit. I have a speech impediment, and she is always extremely patient and understanding. She not only helps me find the exact books I’m looking for but also searches for similar ones I might enjoy.nnThe library is also extremely kid-friendly, with several fun and educational programs, especially when there’s no school, to help keep kids busy and engaged.nnPeople like Naomi truly make a difference and deserve recognition from higher positions. Thank you, Naomi, and thank you to the library team for creating such a welcoming and supportive place!
I’ve really enjoyed my visits at this library with my son. They have many weekly activities for kiddos, we frequent the toddler hour on Tuesdays and have had a great experience. It’s a nice big enclosed space, my son has really enjoyed his time. The library itself is great, friendly staff.
I find it crazy that a library wouldn’t have free parking. A library and everything in it is supposed to be as accessible as possible to the public. Free on weekends should be changed to free every day. It’s not only the money though it’s that too it’s the hassle of having baby seats to carry in and having to pay for parking and then trudge back to your car to put the thing in your window in the snow. Step it up Belleville and remove barriers from your library.
A very good place for if you want to have a quiet time reading. We are very thankful for this library as it's in the center of Belleville. We need to be grateful with these resources because in my country, we don't even have any public library that's free for the people to use. I'm so glad they always have variety of activities for children for any age. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and really helpful. I highly recommend it.
The library is clean and has so many books. There are a lot of computer and free wifi. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Nice experience
