Pretty bad when you go in to buy internet for your new place and they're system is down so they tell you to come back in on Monday. An internet company that own system can't be fixed after 2 hours of waiting around. Not a good look for our first interaction with the company. Will be going with eastlink.
Walked in there today at the PEI Summerside location and someone was walking out and he said don't bother, she's too busy out back on her phone, but i went in anyways and waited for someone to come help me and i seen the back door wide open with a female employee sitting there on her phone, tried to make myself heard a few times and she finally came out and i asked her about a preorder for the new Samsung watch and she replied i have no idea and walked out back again. Don't waste your time. I use to work for bell and no way that would ever fly.
I ordered an iPad 9th generation the 12 of December I was told 2 to 3 weeks before I got it it is March 3 and I just canceled it I get told it's on its way always I called to talk to the store manager yesterday he may as well of hung up they have one man there I don't k ow his name but he is great to deal with he should be manager ecause the guy who's manager now is awful.i bought a tablet elsewhere I wouldn't buy anything through that store again
Called and got passed onto 3 different people. None could help as Iam a new customer and having problems with no High Def anymore and missing channels in my pkg. The third person suggested to call back in morning
KEEP YOUR RECIEPTS Recieved a $250 bill for lost modem two months after I had returned it. Got it cleared up with a phone call, but this shouldn't have happened in the first place.
Poor service at high prices with low speeds. Had to go back twice to return equipment because their company were down the first time and they refused to give a written receipt for the return of the computers were down.

Worst customer support of all time. Don't get it, or forever regret it !!
