Great retailer, VERY knowledgeable and back up their products 100%, best in PEI!!! Bar none....except my wife hates them, or maybe its my love of electronic toys but that's really not their fault, sorta!! lol
Great selection of audio and video for your car and home. Was very knowledgeable about setting up for home theater and was able to diagnose my issue with no hassle. Do recommend!
Robert, the owner is a lovely man, very knowledgeable, and not pushy. He is genuinely interested in your needs and wants and strives to make you happy while keeping you on your desired budget. Definitely an audiophiles utopia!!
Not impressed. They are a package pickup location for Purolator. 3 days ago I got a tag on the door saying a package was waiting, and that I had 5 business days to get it. Yesterday I went in. Most of the interaction was fine, but then they said, with a bit of a haughty tone "Good thing you got it today, it was going back with Purolator tomorrow", which shocked me. I asked how many days I had: "5 BUSINESS days was the reply". "Well I got this 3 days ago" I replied. "Oh, well, we would have check the date" they replied. "Would you have called me?" I asked. "No, it would just go back" they said. Then the younger one rolled it out the door, past, and away from my car and stopped. I asked him to roll it back towards my car - he just looked at me. I asked him again. He mumbled something. I said fine, and I wrestled the 99lbs 6 foot tall object off the cart, to my car and was done with them, I hope for good. It was my first time in the store, and I hope my last. I'll look for a different shipper, and plan to go to Best Buy for any electronics. The friends accompanying me said she'd been rudely treated and talked down to one other time - treated like "a girl at the car mechanic's". She said she doesn't like it in there Enman's either.
All staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Buy lots of cool toys there for home and office!
Maybe you people should update your website considering it says your opened till 9pm and your closed at 5pm!
Amazing service great selection of products
Very disappointing.... went in looking for a needle for my turntable. Was made to feel my equipment wasn't up to there standards.
