Just moved to the area and was shopping around for a new remote start for my 2017 Kia Soul Turbo. Was dealing with Geoff and was very unhappy after the phone call, Geoff was short and unpleasant on the phone, not really giving me details on the purchase and the installation process. Basically only gave me prices and only seemed to want me to buy the most expensive products in the store although I told him multiple times what my budget range was. Then when I asked about the process of installation all he said was I drop it off, they put it in, and I pick it up. What he failed to tell me was that I would have needed to purchase additional parts, etc. to complete the installation. After the call I phoned over to JB power centers and they were very courteous and answered every one of my questions professionally and honestly. I happily made my purchase at JB and will never bring my business back here again.
