Enjoy our time here every season. The staff is extremely friendly especially the staff at the on site store. We are always welcomed with a smile. The restaurant food is good and convenient. Most of the staff is pleasant. The new icecream truck is an amazing addition. The heated pools are very well looked after and an asset for my family as we are daily swimmers. This seasons kids club was by far the best yet as the kids were entertained all summer with crafts, movies, chocolate bar bingos, treasure hunts, fishing Derby's, DIY, boat races, fun tattoos, talent shows and the list goes on and on. Christmas in July, Halloween in August , Canada Day festivities, 50/50 ,dances, and my favorite smores by the campfire will be missed greatly this winter! I enjoy this trailer resort very much and would recommend it to all. "** If I had to give negative feedback it would be the lack of security at night as many rules are being broken causing dangerous incidents and the noise level is very loud for those of us with younger children who prefer to sleep on Saturday nights The other negative issue is that there seems to be more and more older kids each year who are unsupervised at night, hang in larger groups and sometimes look for trouble. Playground: The playground equipment is an added bonus for all kids and teens. It's well maintained with an assortment of play structures to keep kids busy and engaged. The swing set has both regular swings as well as infant. The sand are acts as a functional sandbox for cars and sand toys. The large Grass area beside the playground is used for soccer, frisbee, gymnastics, dancing, manhunt etc. My children and friends frequently play here Restrooms: Clean and always well stocked with the necessary items Dog-friendliness: The new dog park is an amazing addition. This allows our furry friends to socialize with others and get exercise Picnic area: There are many spots to put down a blanket and enjoy an afternoon picnic
My absolute favorite place to be in the summer!! Such an amazing place to be to relax and have a great time with family and friends! You bring the propane..I'll bring the steaks!
A great trailer park Except for Security or lack of & you can't really blame them as they are just kids getting the minimum wage with Very little support . On the weekends it's like party central & the office staff finishes at 5 until they return the next day .
I grew up with a trailer in this park from age 8-18. So many great memories. Recently some friends got sites here so we have returned with our travel trailer on their transient sites. The park is still in quite good condition. Interesting to see the park and how it has changed but so much is still the same. Very well kept and great amenities. The cedar hedges definitely set this park out from the rest we camp at. We will certainly consider them a front runner for our next trailer that will be on a lot. For the time being I recommend they add even a few more transient sites to attract future residents trying parks out and family friends to be able to visit more often. Great value and facilities!
Love it here, year after year. The people are amazing, so friendly and warm, love coming here EVERY SINGLE TIME
This is a very friendly park. The staff here works so hard to keep the park looking beautiful. The staff are kind and so very helpful. Thanks for all your hard work. It is so appreciated.
Beautiful location with decent management and not too far from Toronto. Well kept park, very clean and lots of amenities.
The itself park is very nice. Lots of space and nice water area. The newly appointed Park Manager is rude and condescending. Tried to speak to her about an issue she had and refused to listen or converse. She was disrespectful to my husband, to my family and to myself. If it wasn’t for the nice park areas, I would have given the park a one star.
I use to come to this park when I was a kid. My son's girlfriend parents use to be here and her Nana is still here. She said she's been here 35 yrs
My family and I have enjoyed this park for approximately 8 years. Made great friends and keep our place immaculate. This park has the potential to be a great place to enjoy your summers. This year a particular office staff member who lives in the park is making it an agenda to make everyone’s lives miserable. The member is handing out notices for everything and anything while breaking the rules themselves, hypocritical I say! NEW RULES *** Your family and friends will not be able to enter the park with their vehicles even though you have two parking spots available, they will have to walk in with their personal items and coolers or you’ll have to pick them up in your own vehicle***. Your own kids or siblings can’t come and enjoy the park unless you are there. Crazy I say. The Pond view is now SWAMP view at the premium price as they haven’t cleaned or tested the pond in years and remember your kids will swim in there. They have posted signs not to swim in the pond for a reason. The weeds are taking over the pond and now the docks as well where people can hardly park their boats. Rates Went up again this year without any improvements or better services. The smell of feces regularly in the park, pipes clogged while you’re guests question you why the smell, no water at times. Many complaints made and nothing done. TRAILERS ALWAYS SHIFTING you will have to pay someone to come level every year due to improper drainage. This has turned out into just another money making business charging premium rates for poor maintenance. BEWARE of their sales pitch do your homework before you buy. Lots of better places to enjoy your summers until management make changes to their rules. This is my two cents and true review of the park and I’m positive many people from the park will agree with me on this review.
