Run down looking. Not friendly reception at all. Large, fairly private lots. Well shaded. Still pretty close to your neighbours but with some trees separating lots.

Ive been around this park for years & seen through 3 management pairings Jan & Bob are terrific managers. Some people don’t respect anything at all but I see clearly that Bob & Jan will definitely leave this park in a better position during their stewardship. Keep up the great work Jan & Bob you are making a difference. As far as Ryan Smith goes & the nonsense spewed it goes to show that some people hide behind false names & should just move on.

If you're looking for your own little slice of heaven , this is a place for you!! So quiet and peaceful, surrounded by wild life and even a pool. My mother in law absolutely loves her lot and we had the pleasure of visiting! Was a beautiful place to visit.

Every page that I see owned by Linwood Parks Corporation has terrible reviews by people that have owned trailers for many years with different management and with no complaint until Linwood took over. Especially this park. Bottom line is as soon as I see a park is owned by Linwood I move on. I would never choose this corporation as a trailer park. People get trailers to escape corporate BS and do not want to be policed and treated rudely while escaping to the country. They'd stay in the city to get treated that way. And their only response is to complain about a complainer! You need to seriously reevaluate the service you provide and the profile of your customer. This is not the way you treat people or run a business.

I love it during the week when it's peaceful as there aren't as many people, so it's me with the squirrels, the blue jays and other animals of the forest. Management is top notch! The park is always super clean, the grass cut in the park's area and everyone proudly take care of their properties. There are flowers and shrubs and colors of all kinds in the gardens. We've been here for almost 4 years and are planning on staying for a long time...The park is fully occupied, that's a good sign!

This trailers park management is an absolute joke with no social skills what so ever. Please save your money. We just have to get through the summer or until we find anywhere else to go. Our experience over the last couple weekends we’re absolutely brutal. Jan is so rude and lynnwood should definitely look into new management for this park asap. If I could give this park a negative star review, I would. Horrible ever since the new management this year. The 2 that took over this season are horrible to deal with. This use to be my home away from home, up until this year. I have been in this park since I was 4 months old. The park has gone downhill since being sold. I wouldn’t recommend this park. There are other ones that are much cheaper and have a lot more going for them. Calling a lot that looks onto nothing but weeds, shouldn’t be a premium lot. Can’t even see the water. Looks like a farmers field. We are definitely selling and getting out.

Was in this park for 3 years to many problems with management The rules are different for different people when i gave notice to leave I was told I had to remove a metal shed that had been in the park for more then 20 years or I would not get my refund this is completely bullying I did call my lawyer and was advised they had not put it in writing that I was going to be responsible and to leave it there any issues getting my refund would have caused a court case They finally decided I did not have to remove it Would I recommend this park Abosulouty Not More problems then anything price is ridiculous keeps going up but not much to offer Moved to a beautiful family owned park with a beach and lots more to offer under 1500 less per season. Just check it out before you decide to put your trailer there to be sure happy
