The friendliest staff, Dr. Mackenzie is amazing. The clinic is kept very clean. Great variety of supplies in the front. Everyone made my pup so comfortable for his first visit.
The staff were great and very friendly. They have expanded their facilities and it is very nice. We had to take two dogs here for surgery and everything went very well. They are professional and kind. While I hope to not have to go back, if I do I know my pets will be in good hands.
This is the best vet clinic. They are so caring and professional. They truly care about your pets. Nadine and the staff went above and beyond to help me with my sick dog and I truly appreciate all of their care and assistance.
Tragically our beloved pet Jenkins passed away recently but we brought him here and the wonderful staff did everything they could for him. They treated him with care and compassion and made him comfortable and were so, so very kind to us. Dr. Kurtis Swirsky, Dr. Eric Maguet, and the 2 ladies working up front I didn't get their names were very kind and understanding and helped us with the process for everything. It's already been a rough couple of weeks for us for other reasons so we really appreciated their kindness. Thank you so much and we will always continue bringing our animals here
Dropped our dog off after he had a heart attack and passed away while we were heading to the lake... these fine folks took him in and did what was necessary....thank you for the staff there that carried my boy inside we are sure going to miss him!
They were so kind and loving to our boys. Very helpful, my dogs are anxious and exited and they peed and pooped everywhere. No one made me feel bad and they cleaned it all up for us. Very thorough in their examination of both dogs. Overall very impressed and will be going back for sure!
They are great with our animals and their quality of service shows as we’ve been taking our pets to them for over 20 years.
The vet was awesome with our pets. Very caring. All the staff are very friendly.
I took my beloved Victor in for a teeth cleaning recommended by the Dr., a few days later I noticed he was missing his two front teeth while I was told he had no extractions. I asked why his teeth were missing and was told by a doctor that she would look into the file, I received no answer. Within 3 months he developed fast growing cancer and I had to put him to sleep. I unfortunately took him back for this procedure and was shocked when the technician asked for money up front before she could proceed, I had to leave my beloved pet in a stranger's arms while I arranged payment, things continued in a way I've never experienced or expected from a veterinarian, especially one I've been attending for 3 years.
Can’t say enough great things about all the staff at Beausejour Animal Hospital. We are a family of many doggies Winchester, Piqati and the late Yeti. Our pups actually get excited when we say “vet”. They love their friends in Beausejour! Thank you to everyone for the wonderful care and especially for the compassion during Yeti’s final days last year. We miss him very much.
