Thank you for your prompt response to my request for help when my well stopped working. I had been without water for two days when I called. I really appreciated that you responded the next day as you committed. The two nice young men that came to my place were polite and nice and they kept at the job until it was completed and I once again had water. They also fixed my kitchen pipes that had come apart. I would recommend your company any chance I get.

Great local service! We've used these guys twice now, and both times they arrived exactly when they said they would. Nathan took the time to answer questions by phone when we first had plumbing issues, and promptly came to help. Most recently, we were having issues with our furnace, so we called Dugard. Aaron and Jesse were here by noon, and within 20 minutes they had diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem. All in all, we've had a great experience with Dugard, and we will continue to use them in the future.

It was a relief Dugard Plumbing & Heating were able to respond so quickly during a classic Manitoba cold snap to get my furnace running again. Aaron and Jesse were professional and courteous as they explained what went wrong and how it would be fixed. With such reasonable rates and great service, I’ll definitely keep them top of mind for heating, cooling and plumbing.

We hired Dugard Plumbing and Heating to install a furnace and HRV system at our cottage. From the initial meeting to final payment, the experience was very professional with no surprises. Aaron spent the time up front to accurately assess the job, discuss options and then make recommendations. He provided a timeline and then stuck to it. He also coordinated the electrical work and made sure to keep us informed throughout the project. They completed the work on time, with no additional charges and removed all debris. I highly recommend Dugard and they will be my first choice if I need any future heating or plumbing work.

Honest service, business of integrity. reasonable priced, real professionals and they left my home cleaner than before they came. wish this was one stop shopping with an electrician available.I give it an extra star!
