I cannot say enough good things about this place. They have quality products both in the store and in the yard, at prices as low or lower than the big box stores in the city. However, the thing that makes this store my favourite is the staff. Always friendly and always helpful!!!nnYesterday I was in the store to pick up a few things. I needed some help choosing the right tool and I got immediate assistance that was right on the money. The staff were so positive, so cheery, and incredibly pleasant to work with. And one of them was even singing quietly to herself while she restocked items with one of the most incredible singing voices I’ve ever heard, I might add.nnI’ve never had a bad experience in this store. I’ve built many farm projects, including a 1000 sqft deck, all with material and tools from this store. I’m a customer for life!

Good online experience when ordering and I was quite surprised getting a personal email indicating that our doors were ordered. Rec’d a call when our products came in. We picked up our doors assuming they checked that they received the right doors. WRONG. We took our doors home 1/2 drive each way, unwrapped the first door and it was the wrong swing. My husband called and was told they would order the correct door. Recd a call a couple of days later and was told the door was ordered. I indicated our displeasure about having to make another trip and having to put our project on hold. I was told that he would see what he could do for us but never got back to me. Not great customer service.

Great local hardware store. Mix of everything you need. Staff is always very friendly, always say hello when you walk in. Clean store and. Very knowledgeable staff. The ladies there know their stuff!! If they don’t rather than sluff you off they find out answer for you pretty quick. If not in stock they get in fairly quickly for you. Lumber yard and staff helpful.

Rude, disrespectful staff. They put these teenage girls behind the counter who don't know anything about lumber, and yet do everything they can to make you the customer feel like an idiot when placing an order. Their lumber prices are competitive and their selection is decent, but I'd honestly rather go to Home Depot, where I know the staff will be courteous and respectful. When I'm just trying to buy the lumber I need for a deck, I don't need some 16 yr old moron being overtly rude and unhelpful.nnI'll never spend my money here again. And neither should you.

This was our 3rd time .. I think picking up lumber from the Beausejour McMunn & Yates.nEveryone working at this location is super friendly and knowledgeable.nThe guys in the back yard that load up the lumber deserve huge credit for working so hard in all temperatures. They always go above and beyond for their customers the guys always are smiling and seem to love their job! And the best part is they work so well together.nThank You!n
