I couldn't imagine a better clinic to take your pet to. We had been bringing our dog there from when he was a puppy to when we had to say goodbye. Not only were they extremely helpful with all of Max's check ups, including his Lyme diagnosis (which was then cured) to his mouth cancer diagnosis. Dr. Sletmoen was very helpful in his treatments and pain management and Dr. Lindenschmidt was very comforting when we brought him into his final appointment. The entire team was so helpful with the process of putting him down and even sent us a card after that had the entire staff's signatures on it. Such a caring and welcoming place.

These ladies do a hard job the best they can. I truly appreciate having somewhere to go where I know I can get the service I need without any hassle or drama - which is hard to avoid at many clinics.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would have. Veterinarian did not introduce himself as he walked in the room. Seemed extremely uninterested in my pet. No head to toe exam was performed, though it is a by-law to have an examination when a rabies vaccine is administered (which it was). "Dr" just seemed to want to get in and get out quickly. He did not ask if there were any concerns, nor did he mention anything about heart worm and tick management for the summer (though he very clearly heard me discussing this with my partner in the room.) I had to ask for a 4DX test, which seemed to be painfully done in the room. Where are the support staff to help? Why was he not more professional? I understand pulling blood on a big dog is hard all alone, and you're only as good as your best holder but... He did not even ask for any staff to come help/take the dog to the back! The receptionist was spewing incorrect information to other clients, which was very upsetting to over hear. Also, she almost forgot to send home both heartworm and tick medication (simple mistake... But if you see a heartworm test done, think, think! What season is it? Heartworm! C'mon!!!) I was shocked from the beginning to end. What I want to really know is, what is this professional fee we paid? As... There was NOTHING professional about this veterinarian or clinic. Very, very, very, very unimpressed.
