Arigatou ! Super nice staff making yummy sushi and poké bowls at reasonable fare. I hauled a Tofu Avocado Poké Bowl, Wakame Salad and Avocado Nigiri . The poké was pretty average and more Korean style but good grub nonetheless. The owner is a fantastic lady and was such an awesome hostess. Support local businesses
Loved it! Not to busy, rolls were huge and tasted really great. I came here after the place I usually go to had no air conditioning, and the price here is much cheaper and the portions is pretty decent! Good music too ^^ Will definitely come again!!
Decent poke bowls. A bit expensive for the size. Other poke spots have larger portions and are more customizable. The raw fish itself was pretty good for Toronto standards. Will try the sushi rolls and update. Service was very friendly and quick.
Affordable sushi in a very convenient location! Ordered a green dragon roll and loved it but the dining area was a bit small. The cashier was extremely friendly though and they offer discounts if you live/work in the area!Recommended dishesCalifornia Roll
Some of the best sushi I’ve had, the salmon sushi and rolls are the best. I just wish there was an update if they were going to reopen anytime soonFood: 5/5
My salmon poke bowl was freshly made within minutes! I was given a discount too cause they saw that I work in the hospital nearby. The meal was so beautifully made but I was so hungry so it’s gone within 5 mins lol I would come back again! Thank you for this delicious lunch!
At a time when so many sushi places cut corners by giving tiny scraps of fish, I appreciate how this place has generous slices! The proportion of fish:rice is close to what you'd get in Japan. Taste-wise, this place gets full stars. Apart from the generous slices, the tuna and salmon I got was very fresh. The rice was also perfectly seasoned - not too clumpy or wet. However, the price point is just too high. Given the competition in the area Kaka, Monkey Sushi, Kibo etc paying $18 incl. tax for the combo I got is pretty steep. I really want a reason to come back because of the quality sushi, but without a promotion I'd find it hard to do so. Even throwing in a drink with the combo would help. I've tried many, many sushi places in Toronto and this is clearly a notch above the average chain restaurant so it's quite a shame.
Absolutely delicious and incredible! The customer service was wonderful and the staff were extremely kind and attentive. The quality of the ingredients used is amazing with great portion sizes. Overall, I would definitely recommend this cute and delicious place if you would like high-quality sushi!
This place is awesome. Fresh food, skillful sushi chef, amazing food handling practices. This place was clean, and very peaceful. The store was simple and elegant. The food, the food is incredible. You can tell they put great care into their food and respect the art of cooking. The food price is incredibly fair compared to other places in the city. You can enjoy the items under $10, but I strongly recommend the higher priced rolls. The Shaggy dog was really good. And the salmon sushimi was the freshest and most flavourful piece of fish I’ve ever tasted. This is by far the best sushi I’ve ever had and my wife and I will be returning. Must try.
Really fresh fish, good service, good prices. But containers are not comfortable to pour soy sauce in themFood: 5/5
