Bear's Paw Bakery

This hidden gem in Jasper town is a must-visit! Everything we tried was delicious. The sticky buns were out of this world—light dough that melts in your mouth like cotton candy. They were so good, we ordered another! The coffee was amazing, and the bakery had great options.nnIt gets busy, so come early. For orders of 5 items or less, use the express order window. The service was adequate and prices are average. We'll definitely be back again and again!

Before a long day of hiking, we ventured to Bear’s Paw Baker in Jasper for a quick bite to-go and some coffee. This little bakery was packed, but the line moved very quickly. Our group of eight chose a variety of different items. Having sampled a bit of all of it, I can say that everything was exceptional. There were savory options, sweet options, and everything in between. The servers were helpful. The coffee took a little bit of time, but no one seemed to mind the wait. I would definitely recommend this cute little bakery to anyone visiting Jasper.

Stopped for coffee and baking. Passing through Jasper twice this week. Fairly regular in the summer also.nI would say the coffee is exceptional, different types of organic and fair trade. And lots of good baking. My favourites are the white chocolate scones, the cinnamon buns and morning glory muffins.nModerately busy in the winter; in the summer, it’s always lined up sometimes out the door. One bonus is a takeout window that can be accessed from the outside if you know your order.nThey’ve done some minor renovation to increase the number of seats. There’s one gender, neutral bathroom.nA favourite in Jasper and much preferred over Tim Hortons.

Great place to visit during your stay in Jasper - definitely one of my favorite spots. The fresh juices were amazing and the interior is very nice too. Good service too- highly recommend it :

Really tasty pastries - savory, sweet, breakfast, dessert, you name it. Their selection is awesome with lots of creative options. The spicy sausage roll was a highlight for me, I highly recommend. They get a bit of a line during the morning rush so make sure to get there early or order at the outside window to grab and go!
