Absolutely fantastic!! I booked two trips using Herman as our planner. Could not have been easier I must say and Herman himself went above and beyond expectations.  I booked a 3 night 3 round custom trip to Kelowna for myself, my wife, and another couple. We stayed at the Royal which was absolute luxury.  I also booked a work trip for 12, staying in Kamloops and playing 2 rounds.  Both trips went off without a hitch. Throughout this experience Herman was a mere call away or an email and always responded promptly to any questions or alterations/ requests we had.  We will be booking more vacations with this company several friends have begun plans as well. Cannot say enough about the service and value.  Definitely a reccomend without hesitation!!

Update - We had experienced an issue during our trip, pertaining to the hotel room we were initially booked in not the type of room we had booked/were promised. However,  it turns out that this was an error on the part of the hotel, and there was some miscommunication when investigating what had occurred and relaying the message back to our group.  The owner of BC Golf Safaris, Patrick, was attentive in responding to the concerns shared and was very pleasant to deal with. Appreciate his efforts to rectify the situation for us. Look forward to traveling with BC Golf Safaris sometime in the future. Thanks Patrick
