Thanks to the gentleman named Joe who took me home on the shuttle and Kelly who sold me the ticket. I left my purse onboard. I called right away with a card given to me from Kelly to call for my reservation back. She went above and beyond her call of duty to deliver me my purse with all of my identification, credit cards and cash after she was off at 11pm. She politely refused tip saying it was her pleasure to assist me. Thank you Kelly and Joe. The owners of Wilson’s are lucky to have such great young folks to work for them.

I came to Canada for my first time ever leaving my family in India to go to royal roads. I got to yyj and was supposed to be picked up by a host famil and they never came. I met Kelly at the shuttle desk and asked for assistance using the phone to keep calling the family. She asked me if I was ok. I told her what has happened. I lost all hope and was so scared. She made many calls to help me find emergency place for the night. She offered to buy me food and told me not to worry that she would take me to her home if she had to because it was Sunday and even security at royal roads was not answering. I felt safe then and had hope for my stay in Canada because Kelly was so kind. She got me picked up in taxi and to university all while she answered phones and helped other customers. I made it to my orientation for the next day and would love to tell you how amazing Kelly was to me and she is a very kind person and employee.

Convenient, professional service. Certainly a great option for walk-on passengers. Definitely recommend taking advantage of the BC Resident discount.
