Very Korean style of Chicken or wings. I loved it and missed this taste. The taste is really similar when I was eaten in Korea. The price is not cheap. But the food is worthy with this price. You can very easy to order the food by the machine. And there are also have some bubble tea in the menu. But that would be the next store. I very enjoyed having dinner here. I would want to come again soon. By the way, I have also order the Kimchi Fried Rice, which is also very good taste. Strongly recommend with adding the cheese. The bb.q Chicken chain has one of the best Korean fried chicken. From NYC to Chicago, all stores I’ve tried have been super yummy!! If you haven’t tried Korean fried chicken - go to bb.q and get some boneless golden original and boneless gangjeong!

Horrible. They do not know ingredients for their chickens. They were not able to list allergens clearly when I received a call right after ordering from their website asking me to change the order. I asked to cancel the order, and the employee on the phone agreed to cancel. But I was charged the full amount and did not get a refund yet. They think that peanuts are tree nuts. Making me wondering if they even take the mandatory allergen awareness training. Just avoid this location. People with tree nuts allergy and peanuts allergy, be extremely careful with this location. Shame on you. If you have a time to leave an insincere copied and pasted response, why do not you just refund $63.52, instead of wasting my time, money, energy, and the credit card company to dispute? Dietary restrictions: They couldn't list allergens.
Love the food. Problematic management. We arrived on a slow night when they said the order would be ready. The check-out person checked on the status of the order & said it would be another 7 minutes. When 15 minutes passed and the order still had not come out, we checked in. When she said it still wasn't ready, we asked if they could give a partial refund, since it had now taken over twice as long as the said it would when we ordered. She brought out the manager to discuss. She refused to offer any compensation, but instead offered multiple excuses as to why it took so long. When I asked her to stop making excuses and fix their broken processes, she offered 2 more excuses. I left with my food feeling quite frustrated.

The chicken is made fresh when you order it, so don't expect to get your food as quickly as one would at KFC. I've tried a few flavors, and I love them all. You can get mild chicken, and you can get knock-your-socks-off spicy chicken. My wife loves their bubble tea. The French fries are ok. I find putting them in my air fryer for a few minutes crisps them up. Yum yum chicken. Parking: Parking in the parking lot can be tight, but you can also park on Fullerton if the lot is full.
Kind and fast service, awesome chicken, and cool spot to eat. Placed order for takeout, decided to dine in, and the pivot was taken exceptionally.Recommended dishesGalbi Wings
