Best vet in the Barrie area! I've honestly never met a vet clinic that cares so much. The vet staff remember me and my pets which is awesome. Their pet monthly plan is genius and more places should do it.
This has been my vet for a few years now, the staff is truly amazing, caring and they treat their clients with respect, honesty and love. Toby, Astrid and Cookie and glad to have you to take care of them.
Very professional and friendly staff, clean and well maintained Covid protection and protocol all good. Only thing that we're very disappointed in are their prices Way too high
So attentive, kind and caring. I have never had such a wonderful personal experience at a vets office before. All the vets, techs and front desk workers are amazing. If I send an email , they answer so quickly, which is amazing. 10/10 can't pick a better vet in barrie
This office is amazing. Very kind, supportive, helpful and truly care about pets and also their owners. They go out of their way to help you and it has been a great experience having my pets go to this clinic. Highly recommend.
My 10 year old dog came down with Kennel cough while we were in between vets. I called around to 12 yes 12 vets in the area and this was the only one who would get us in same day. I was VERY impressed with their level of customer service, care, and especially their wellness plan! It really has helped ease our worries of possible financial burden of caring for a senior dog. I'm so happy that Jersey has you as her new doctors! Thank you
This vet clinic is amazing, the staff is so caring and loving. The best part is that they treat your pet like family and they make sure that your pets feel comfortable at all times ! My dog Diesel loves it here, especially Dr. Melissa and Molly : , you guys have been awesome since he was just a tiny pup
The clinic that I usually take my pets didn’t have availability so I figured to give this place a shot since they are closer to me but I totally regretted it. Worst experience ever! Got there on time for my appointment. they kept me and my pet waiting at their door in -20 degrees outside nobody comes to the door. No sign on the door giving clients a clue on how to proceed. No communication ahead of time on how they do admission so I finally had to call them, they said they need to ask Covid screening questions! Why do Covid screening when you don’t even allow me in??? Can’t you just be more courteous and phone in advance to ask these questions prior to my appointment so me and my pet don’t get hanging by the door in freezing cold??? Very unprofessional! Now I’m back to the car with my cat doing their phone screening and after being transferred 3 times and 10 min later than my appointment they finally acknowledged my appointment and right away started to up sell their health plan!!! Unbelievable! You haven’t even examined my pet yet!!! I won’t bring my beloved pet and my business to a place where their only concern is money. Only two words: Disrespectful and Unprofessional period.
A group of skilled, hard-working, and caring individuals. Our pup has had his share of vet visits and, no matter the reason, he is always excited to go to Baywood South. They always take great care of him.
Absolutely love love love this place. With a new puppy I called around to a few different vets in the area to get an idea on pricing and found this one had the best prices. They care about your animal. I feel like they're in it to genuinely help your animal and not just for the money which lets me trust them to make the best call. Would 110% recommend this vet. So happy that I decided to come here.
