Baymont Inn & Suites Conference Center South Haven

Had a great stay at Baymont of South Haven, MI. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Nice breakfast too! Would definitely stay there again.

They did some upgrading to the rooms and most the employees are nice. They need to stop the other guests/visitors from bugging guest's for money and rides. I know of the people so I know the money is not going to a good cause.

The one star I’m giving is for the front desk attendant, she was very helpful with assisting me with switching my hotel rooms 3 different times. First room had hair on the bed and pillows. That was noticed do to me doing my bed bug check, that’s one thing the rooms didn’t have. Second room had ants dead and alive on bed and in tables. Third room had spots all over the sheets the throw blanket and a spider was crawling right across my phone on the in table. Very disappointed in my stay I will never stay again.

It was nice but wasn't much more than to sleep. There was an HBO guide by the tv but they did get the network.

Staff was very friendly, clean & modern rooms. Pool & hot tub were well kept & clean. Complimentary breakfast was a real plus! Would definitely stay here again.
