If they can avoid doing more work they will skip alot of garbage pick ups for no reason. Than your garbage sits for two weeks after you complain it didnt get picked up the first time. This has happened 3 times already and they said they'd send a supervisor if it happened again. And again they just flip you from phone to phone pass you on and try not to help you.

I was standing outside my house with my 2 year old son he want it to say hi to the garage guy and this guy was very rude start throwing my garbage bin right in front of me . He did it with one I didn’t say anything then he throw the other one even harder . My son got scared , I tried to talk to him and he give me bad attitude said I don’t hear u I’m very sad that my son had to witness this....I have everything on camera..
