A very pleasant experience at Service Canada. Got lucky and experienced a super short queue. Customer service was exceptional.

I phoned today and spoke to a young man - I think his name was Mark - He gave me all the information I needed to change my address for different Federal Government Benefits I receive including changing address for CRA and sent me an e-mail for my information.  I really appreciate all the help he gave me.

I liked the place and the employee were helpful, but i had to wait for a long time to receive  my SIN number!

Opens too late. Doesnt stay open long enough. Not open weekends. Lazy government. Canada is trash.

Have you seen the movie Zootopia? The sloths @ the DMV ... that's the employees here. Sloth speed, only 4 kiosks and the wait (due to the sloth like movement) is ridiculous!
