Went on the Saturday before Halloween and the owners had certainly gone all out—Mad respect. Server was personable and skilled and talked comfortably about their impressive local beer and wine list. Food was good pub fare with nice extra touches of quality and interesting flavour.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The first night we arrived late and the bartender went to the closed kitchen and produced a salad and a bowl of soup. The next night we went for dinner in the Barley Room. Fish and chips and a striploin were perfect. Lots of contact with server and red wine was served in a carafe.

Restaurant is nice. Good food good staff but rooms upstairs have virtually no air conditioning. Hotter than you can believe. So I'd advise to eat and run.

So my friends and I decided to come to dinner here. When we got to our table we proceed to wait 15 minutes just to get our menus and water, to get these things we had to flag someone down. When we finally got our food we were very disappointed. The hot pot was FAR from filling and bones were found in the soup. The hot pot was able to be finished before the rest of the table could get ketchup. Most of the group came to the barley room hungry but everyone left starving.

Waited an hour for a hamburger to be served by a surly waitress. 6 other coupes came and went before we got served. Do not waste your time or money
