I loved my visit to Bara’s today!  I had the tomato and salt fish with sada roti, doubles and a grapefruit Ting.  It was all so good and  reminded me of home cooking.  I can’t wait to go back.Recommended dishesDoubles

The staff truly cares about your experience, making you feel reassured and welcomed with bright smiles. But most of all the food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted exploded with flavours and culture in our mouths, insinuating a warm home cooked meal that you can appreciate every single bite…. Amazing, amazing food!!!! And the people there are so sweet and kind! I have been coming here since I was a kid. I was so sad when they closed down for a bit but was thrilled to learn they are open again and it is still family owned!  Won't be getting my doubles or paratha anywhere else!

Had Bara’s hut last week after they finished the renovations and are under new management.  The ROTI was incredible. I love food and im very picky when it comes to restaurants and eating out as I only have a cheat meal every 10-14 days. When I want to eat out I want GOOD FOOD! The chicken in my roti was extremely tender, good amount of seasoning, filling and the dough was very tasty and enjoyable. I got a homemade/Ma cooked vibe off my meal. The spice in my roti was noticeable but mild. I had opted for hot sauce on the side…NOW THATS HOT SAUCE! Very spicy   , the sauce is done tastefully if you like spice. Looking forward to trying the jerk chicken and doubles next.  I would highly recommend this spot as I’ve had a hard time finding a good and reliable Caribbean restaurant. This is the go to spot for Mississauga  The only thing I would change is - close a little bit later at 9 or 10pm to allow us evening workers a chance to swing by .  Vegetarian options: A lot of vegetarian options  Parking: Lots of parking spots available. Easy to get in and out.  Dietary restrictions: They offer vegetarian options and low carb options

New owners, Michelle left Prices too high. $17 for a chicken roti. Ridiculous. My sister got 2 roti paid $33, so we spent $50 for 3 wrapped roti.

By far one of the best roti places in Mississauga truly a hidden gem. After discovering the spot, we’ve been ordering from here multiple times probably twice every week. You can tell everything is freshly made with extra TLC

One of if not the best roti and Trunidadian restaurant I've been to. Food is amazing and authentic just like mom's cooking. Doubles are excellent and menu prices are a lot more reasonable than most places.
