Bar Henrietta

Very cute spot with yummy drinks though if you don’t like gin drinks, this might not be the place for you! I tried the “Sylvia” which was nice, not too tequila-y, and a little sour while my friend tried the “Belle Jaune” which had a little bite to it but was overall refreshing. The interior can be a bit cramped, but it’s nicely decorated and has a good ambience overall.

I enjoyed the food and atmosphere! Only downside was it took awhile for someone to come get our food order to the point where I when to the bar and ask.nBut after that, there was a waiter that consistently came over to us every 10-15 minutes making sure we had everything we needed.nI would definitely go back as the food was really good and overall had a great time!

First time there just loved it cool drinks great tapas, we had kale Caesar salad it was delicious burrata with strawberries and toasts I will definitely be going back

Pretty good food, and good atmosphere too gets lively weekends and evenings - but the most impressive thing is the level of service from the staff - they are quite meticulous in their hospitality despite this being a more chill bar… I really appreciated how one waiter specifically approached me when I was standing awkwardly with my and my gfs jackets and came to take them to the back.nnIt’s a small thing but he was very attentive and watching to see how he could help, I’m new to Montreal from Toronto and this type of hospitality is one of the things that impressed me most about the Montreal restaurant scene and especially Henrietta.

Bar Henrietta has always been a bit of an anomaly to me. The atmosphere is fantastic but the service is extremely middling and the food is, more often than not, overcooked. I really want to love this place, but just can’t. Overpriced cocktails, average food, average service. Good vibe though.
