Absolutely disgusted with the elderly white lady workin there. She should be fired I have never received such disgusting treatment because I am english but can understand French just fine. She is a disgrace to the service industry

Opened an account online and was told to present ID in person at this branch to complete the process. Went to the branch, spoke to a teller, presented my ID. Was told that the account was active. However, I was unable to deposit funds into my account. Called customer support and was informed that the branch did not activate the account and I have to repeat the process all over again.

Customer service is impossible to reach. Good luck resolving your issue with RBC.

As I didn't have a copie machine to copy my bank statements so I went directly to the bank on st-louis to have just a one year back track statement and the bank manager denied to give me a few copies and I find he was really rude when I asked him can he tell me when it would be the best time to come by and do copies of my statements...he replied rudly that I should get with the program and go by a printer ... I've been a client with them since 2003 and now I don't even show up there to do business with that bank .

My husband have business cheque have $50 g she told him deposit him in machine he told her in Ottawa no ask him and she told him go go go to Ottawa
