Just tried calling them with not answer. This happens time and time again. They say they care but they don't. If they did then they would answer the phone. I would not open an account with Bank of America. You will not be able to reach anyone when calling since they don't answer the phone. I am a small business owner (15 yrs) and if I didn't have so much invested in checks and etc. I would go to another bank solely based on the huge inconvenience of not being able to contact someone via the phone. FYI, this has been going on for years and is a corporate issue and not an isolated branch issue.

Tellers are great! Manager's bottom of the charts, every time I go in and ask them a question about repairing a problem I get the run around. Will be leaving B of A at the end of the year.
