Worst experience I have had here in a very long time. They tellers were yelling at each other because the new one didn't know how to complete a task. There was a long line and a full drive through. When it was my turn to go up to the counter the lady teller was rude and put her finger up telling me to wait because she was too busy. I left.

Worst key bank branch ever. I am closing my account. I would not even give 1 star but I have to, if not I can't post a review. They give preferential treatment to customers they're familiar with.
