Bangkok Food Truck

This was my first time trying this food truck after seeing it next door many times during visits at Hellbent. I ordered pickup through Doordash. Our dishes arrived with zero spice and no option to add any during ordering. Some feedback to the owners if they control the Doordash site is to add the spice level as an option for dishes. I'm still giving a good rating as the flavors and quality were nice and I am hopeful to have a better experience with spice level by not using Doordash next time.

I used to like it when the old man was cooking. I went yesterday night not sure if it was the shrimp or the minced pork. But i have never tasted meat like this. Not even sure if it was pork or real meat. Im suspicious now. I woke up with major stomach ach

My favorite Thai place. Super friendly and quick. They make it as spicy as you want it be it super "Thai spicy", the way I like it, or for more mild tastes, I suppose. Fresh veggie ingredients and meats. Worth it every time.

Went Saturday night because it says it’s open all night, and it even currently says open on Google. I just got there and it’s not open. I don’t wanna be a jerk and give a 1 star just because of this, so I’ll give it a 4, but still disappointing.

Great food, super quick. The food in this truck is authentic, prob the best I've had outside of living in Thailand. Good portion sizes and his Thai iced tea is delicious Vegetarian options: The tofu here is delicious. Not just tossed in final sauce. Parking: Located in the shell petrol forecourt so there are spaces in the forecourt and you can park on road adjacent to food trucks

Best Thai food in Lake City. Thai One On is aight but this food truck got em beat. Beware the star-based spiciness system though. Downgrading my spiciness by one star alone is still too spicy sometimes, so I find myself ordering 2 stars. It hurts My ego but I still manage to find self-worth in other things like how much I can squat.

The food is amazing, probably the best and authentic tasting pad Thai around. Still doesn’t justify the price tho. I ordered a shrimp pad Thai with an extra fried egg on top and the total came up to $17. This is such a great Thai food truck! I lived in the area for 6 months and ate here almost every week. I tried everywhere nearby but kept coming back to this truck. They always have fresh ingredients and cook everything to perfection for a great price too! Highly recommend if you live nearby or are driving through the area.

So delicious not heavy in sugar like other thai places highly recommend if you pass by or live in lake city area , the chef is super nice and polite he’s remind me of my dad Thank you for delicious food kob khun ka

There's a lot of Thai food in Seattle but this food truck might be the best option in the city! Generous portions at reasonable prices from friendly staff. What more can you ask for? I really recommend the Pad se Ew in particular
