PERSONAL TRAINING - Achieve your desired health and fitness goals with the help of Balance Certified Personal Trainer. University educated and industry certified, the trainer best suited to your needs will create an integrated, whole body program using the safest, most creative methods and techniques.
GROUP SESSIONS - All Balance group classes are designed to enhance and compliment weight training and cardiovascular programs. Small group classes including Foundation Training, Pilates, Yoga and Feldenkrais, provide one-on-one attention form instructors who ensure correct form and make modifications as needed.
REHABILITATION - Your Balance registered therapists will help you achieve optimal health. Our specialists include Kinesiologists, Exercise Physiologists, Chiropractors, Naturopaths, Acupuncturists, Biopuncturists, Registered Massage Therapists and Exercise Rehabilitation Therapists. Combining the care of a Balance Registered Therapist with a Balance Certified Personal Trainer helps speed recovery.
