4.5 star for the sourdough bread and 5 star for the shop and customer service. I order the Thursday special and it was warm when I get home. It was soft inside and crispy outside. What mades my day was the staff hand sanitize his hands before reaching to get the bread and put it in the paper bag. He took my money and then hand sanitize again before handing the bag to me. Very professional behavior
This low-key bread shop is the real definition of a hidden gem because it’s located on a side street in a residential area, it’s easy to pass-by. It’s a small bakery specialized in “hand-mixed” sourdough bread. They don’t use commercial yeast which is more healthy. All of their loaves are made using local milled grains from Ontario. Other than sourdough, they bake pizza, challahs, doughnuts, pies. Also they make dips for bread and pastries as well. They have weekly menu posted on their website. Website is listed below You can either call or email if you want to preorder in advance. Featured here is the walnut honey sourdough bread. This freshly baked sourdough is pretty damn perfect. It has the real taste of sourdough. It has crispy crust that I can get a sense of crispiness. While I bite, I have to apply a light chewy force to split the crust. The honey added the moistening effect to the bread so it won’t be dry at all. Overall, I really enjoyed so much. I will come back again to try other bake goodies. Thanks @bakerhousebread for the freshly baked sourdough bread. I can’t thank enough. Your bread is amazing
Love this bakery , so happy with the artisan breads made from the finest sourced flours and ingredients, salted chocolate cookies can't get enough of them. They have dips which pair marvelous with the breads and drinks. Visited this bakery in the second week of opening and have been going back every week.
Awesome family run bakery in Cathedraltown. Their sour dough is to die for and they have a number of daily new items which might not be available the next day. Focaccias are amazing! For more reviews and amazing original recipes check out @nazaris_touch on Instagram
Love their sourdougn!! When I brought one on Thursday, it was warm and soft inside and crispy outside! Haven't have such a good one for so long! Will go back to try more others in the menu
I don’t why I have miss this neighborhood bakery before, but now that they have extended hours, I will be a regular for sure! These Sourdough are amazing and my kids can’t stop having those honey butter! We will be back!
Our favourite place to grab a beautifully made sourdough, incredible pizza’s, immaculate dips etc.
Had purchased 3 different breads from here, wow, they are delicious! My favorite was the sesame ring. Will definitely be coming here for all my bread cravings.
Absolutely adorable bakery with top notch sourdough breads, pizza, and pantry items. Very friendly and cute staff. 10/10 excited to visit again.
We stopped by this morning for a loaf of bread. There was a little bit of a line to get in, but it was no big deal. The kind staff provided us samples while we waited. The bread was absolutely delicious, the staff are pleasant, and the location is convenient. I will definitely recommend this bakery to my friends and family
