Didn’t have the opportunity to see the “mean old lady” I’ve read about in others’ reviews. The one I saw was overly nice so I doubt it’s the same person. I only tried the pineapple bun and it was good. Read others buying bubble tea here- no one in their right minds would buy bubble tea from a Chinese bakery shop and expect something good…also there are some legit bubble tea places within the same plaza so not sure what they were thinking

I went to this bakery with my friend and we both specifically ordered a large bubble tea. They gave us a small. We also asked for tapioca and jelly and they gave us none. If you’re planning to come here, don’t there’s much better boba places to go to. They were also very disorganized and didn’t even let me pay until everyone bought their bun. The next day, they let us get a large for the price of a small but it tasted horrible. I didn’t get what I asked for. Then, I asked how long it would take and they said 1 minute but it ended up being 10 minutes and I was late too class. It was like the worker was purposely trying to be slow. All In All, I recommend you NEVER come her ever. Their bubble tea is horrible and customer service sucks. They said everyone makes mistakes but it’s legit their job to serve their customers right. I was expecting them too redo our drinks or refund us but they didn’t. Please never come here I hope they get better staff and improve. BBT tasted like toothpaste.

yes, i like this bakery especially for the pineapple buns, they always make fresh batches. i like the egg tarts, sponge cake. I bought the cake once, it is ok. I like the milk tea too especially tasty on a cold day! The store is clean & they open early in the morning. They're located in the plaza which is pretty convenient with a lot of parking space. i always come this bakery but today dec 6, i came i experienced the lady cashier was pretty mean to a customer when he asked about something. She was quite rude. I heard a lot of kids told me the store treated them not so good, but today i heard she was pretty rude. i dont know if she was the owner of the bakery, if she was, then she should improve. If she was an employee, the bad attitude would ruin the owner's business. I still recommend this Bakery for the yummy breads and buns

In contrast to some of the reviews here, the cakes are actually really good. They're perfect for birthdays and special holidays. Not too sweet or dry. Just right.

Want cheap Chinese buns. This seems like the place to go. The buns I chose would usually be about $15 at other bakeries. Here, it came out to under $10!! It’s a very small bakery and I went in about mid morning and seems like about half was either sold out?? Or not ready?? They also have the egg tarts and chicken pies in a little heat warmer behind the cash if you are looking for those items. For the price, you really can’t go wrong.

It’s so sad to see how terrible customer service can turn people away from a decent bakery. The lady at the cashier is a nasty person. There’s no way to sugar coat it. She’s rude. Not like she was having a bad day but every single time that I’ve been there, she’s absolutely rude. I’m not sure if she’s an employee or the owner but it’s shame that she works there.

Like a lot of reviewers mention that there is zero customer service here, she made me feel like I am actually bothering her by spending my money here. The buns here are very airy, they were completely flatten by the time I got home. Taste so so. The bottom of the flaky egg tarts was burned.

The menu is digital, but it turns so fast and I can't read it clearly. I have to wait for the pictures to turn back to what I want to look at. Also the lady at the front was quite rude and did not provide a good explanation when I asked for clarification on one of the items. She just pushed me to order. She had no smile and no patience. I was the only one at the store at that time too. I have looked at other Google reviews, and it seems like the service had always been a problem here but there hasn't been any improvements from what I can tell. I don't recommend other people coming here because of the bad customer service.

I have not been treated more badly in my life before. We ordered the cake from this store and made the payment through EMT at 4:14 pm today. When I stepped into at 5:40pm, I had to wait for half an hour because she did not receive the confirmation of the payment. She did not let me go with the cake and her reason was that she could not reach out to another guy in the store. I could not believe her reason since I had already showed her the proof of transaction. Besides I was so annoyed by her imaptience. The only language she mastered is Catonese. She did not speak English so well which I understood, however she was so impatient when I did not get her. I think the store owes me an apology. She replied that "complain whatever you want". I want to share this terrible experience and hopefully this will not happen to you.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Bad attitude and horrible customer service. Me and my friend ordered and paid for a large bubble tea and was given a small size and they told us to come back the next day for a large size for the price of a small bubble tea. The next day we went and ordered fresh bubble teas and asked the server how fast the bubble teas would take to make because we were in a rush. She said 1 minute. She ended up taking 10 minutes to make the drinks and we ended up beibeing late for school. I know that 10 minutes is still fast but she said 1 minute and we felt lied to. Not only that, but the bubble tea didn't have fresh fruit or any fruit at all. The teas tasted milky and what was supposed to be a fresh strawberry bubble tea smoothie tasted exactly like Colgate's kids toothpaste with extra flouride. Would not recommend this place.
