Great for a quick bite! Staff was nice, service was quick and it's a clean and cute little shop! I got the roast beef sandwich and it was light and tasty. All the ingredients were fresh and could be identified when munching down on it. It is quite large however, so taking a bite from bread to bread is a bit challenging but hey good value! I also grabbed their Tiramisu which was quite satisfying, so I'm happy to know I have a go-to place to grab a quick tiramisu. All in all I'd easily come back to try more of their foods!
I’ve been looking for the Rice based macaron that I have found here. It reminds me of the Gelato di Riso in Italy. It tastes even better because it's less sweet than the gelato. Their sandwiches & soups are also good for brunch or night because they are not too heavy or too light.
I came across this place through the app "Too Good to Go" and am I ever glad I found it! The tuna salad sandwich i had was really filling and delicious. All the desserts are baked in house! The macaron and basque cheesecake I tried was really yummy, and the smores cookie was soft. They have lunch combos with soup and salads, with reasonable prices. I can't wait to try more items there. Tip to get there: the entrance to the office building from West Pearce is quite hidden since it is pretty much at the traffic lights at West Pearce and Leslie St. The office building is on the south west corner of the said intersection. The cafe itself is tucked on the south west side of the office building. You will need to enter at the south side rear entrance of the building; you can't miss Bakeolio once you enter into the building.
Came here to get some breakfast and do some work on my computer. They don’t have a nearby power source but it’s a great place to work for a bit or have a bite if you work within the building they’re located in. Service was fantastic as staff is very friendly. Sandwich was so filling and delicious, loved the sauce in the chicken sandwich.
Great quality, well priced and really thoughtful customer service! It’s clear the owners put a lot of care into this shop. The butternut squash sandwich was delightful and all the sandwiches looks exactly like the pictures. The vibe is simple and sweet, lots of cute details in the decor. Loved it!
Great tasting sandwiches, soups and baked goods in an unassuming/quant office building. Staff were very nice and accommodating of dietary restrictions, sandwiches were made fresh at the time of order and the desserts made same day. Had the cranberry and turkey sandwich with soup and I thoroughly enjoyed them. Great amount of toppings in the sandwiches with multiple flavors and textures. They also have a few grab and go sandwiches and salads for those really in a hurry. Recommend for a quick lunch in this area.
I feel like I found a real hidden gem for the first time in this areathey told me they just opened though lol a cozy atmosphere, friendly staffs and everything was super fresh and tasty.. perfect place for a lunch.. After trying one of the cookies I got a little bit too excited ended up buying too much but everything was perfect indeed their sandwiches were $9 or something but i'd pay $19! shockingly good!! you can also customize a bit i asked them to take out eggs from 2 of the sandwiches def will visit again to try again and more
Such a quaint and cozy place with amazing people. Got the croissant sandwich and it was amazing : definetly reccomend this place. <3 P.s. The back door entrance is closer to them :
I've had the luck to try Bakeolio at their stand at a daytime party, and it was such an amazing experience! The macarons are the airiest and fluffiest I have ever had, and so delicious; the Korean lemonade is just perfectly balanced for tartness and sweetness, and the proprietors are such lovely people! Thanks for the great conversation, guys, and I am looking forward to visiting your store soon!
Staff was soooooo kind, food is fresh and delicious!! I would like to visit again. Highly recommend this place
