Simple sandwich restaurant that you might want to try when not too hungry. The price is a little bit high for one sandwich, but for the portion you can share with your friend. I took the beef and chicken sandwich, with all dressed spicy sauce. But it doesn’t taste spicy at all. The meat given is adequate.
I loved that they had so many great Vegan options, with tofu and beyond meat. I definitely want to try them when I’m more hungry. I just got a snack of a portion plantain chips and I had a few pieces of their fried banana and they were both delicious! Definitely recommend
5/5 Staff. Very friendly. 4/5 taste. Very fresh. You choose the type of brochette meat veggetarian options available they cook it live and put it in a fresh baguette with their signature sauce like a mayo with spices and toppings cabbage, onions and diced tomatoes. The home made potato chips were super yummy! They are thin and cripsy with wonderful salty spices on them. The plantain chips though didn't have much taste. The fried plantains aloco are a must! Sweet and crunchy, it satisfies the cravings with a generous portion. The African sweet donuts bofloto were ok. They're similar to mr.puffs in size. Soft and chewy but not hollow, they have a very small sour-y taste to them. Covered lightly in sugar, they're made fresh and come in a good portion too. 2/5 practical to eat. You better have a strong jaw, cause chewing through that baguette + the brochette + the crunchy chips makes your jaw sore afterwards. Also, it's very messy to eat. Since the baguette is hard to bite in, the condiments and sauce just splooshes out everywhere. I suggest you take extra napkins.
I have stopped for second time in this place, first time was casualty and im not disappointed of this place, the blond guy was very nice with me the first time, he got special customer service with me and appreciate that. The sandwich filet mignon and poulet are very delicious! I reccomend them a lot.
The smell of the food is amazing. Delicious seasoning however I thought the sandwich lack a bit of a juice.Food: 3/5
Had the filet Mignon baguette. It was ok, but there are better sandwich shops in the area for the price. The sauce flavour was really good but there wasn’t enough of it. Like, the onions and tomatoes were covered in the sauce but the meat itself turned out a little dry and could’ve used more spicy sauce. Cost $17 in total, a little steep for what I got
Simple, comforting, tasty sandwiches served in fresh baguette. The meats are all grilled and have that mouth-watering charred flavor to it. They also have different sauces from mild to spicy that gives the sandwich some heat!Food: 5/5
I came to Montréal from New York and went here 2 times in 4 days. Absolutely incredible sandwich and amazing service. Everything is homemade and you won’t get flavor like this anywhere else. Highly recommend
Amazing sandwiches! Simple ingredients but super tasty and very friendly welcome. I tried the beef one and it was yummy. They also nice juices, I tried the ginger and pineapple one and it was excellent on top of being energizing! Give baguette brochette a try!
