What can I say, 5 Star service; from booking online to treatment. The staff here are wonderful and my chiropractic adjustment was just what the doctor ordered. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to all my friends and family.
Absolutely love Back in Balance have been going for a couple of months now! Justine is amazing and attentive to my needs. My shoulder pain is not as bad when I first came in. Check them out!
Had a great experience with Dr. Serrick, very friendly, helpful and the office is in a handy downtown location.
Jun was amazing. I have had many RMT's try to help my lower back but today was the first time I had a combo of a reflexology and massage. Was super relaxing and my back has been better for the whole week. I think Jun is the best. I highly recommend her to anyone.
Dr. Matthew Serrick is extremely professional and efficient. He really get a lot things done within a followup appointment. there is so much more progress in recovery with Dr. Matthew than my other past physicians.

Highly reccomend a massage therapy treatment with Jun. She provided an incredible deep tissue treatment that targeted my neck and shoulder pain, I felt like a brand new person after! She is professional and very knowledgable and creates a calm and safe atmosphere. I would definitely recommend her and will be returning as soon as I can!
