Hampton Wellness Centre has been faithfully serving the Ottawa-Carleton and Gatineau community for the last 20 years. Dr. Liang Dai and his staff have continued the tradition of using the most up-to-date scientific education to provide health and wellness to all their patients.

Our mission is to provide the highest quality of care to our patients in order to express and maintain their optimal health – naturally without the use of drugs or surgery.

It's called Ottawa family Chiropractic and it's the best in Ottawa! The owner also has another Chiropractic business in England and it's also very successful.

I had a great experience with this clinic. The phone was answered politely and professionally. The clinic itself is welcoming and the care I received was exactly what I needed.
